How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do so:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Click on the order you want to modify
  4. Select "Change Order" or "Cancel Order"

If more than 1 hour has passed, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but orders already in processing cannot be changed.

How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. This includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Order confirmation
  • Picking and packing your items
  • Quality check

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  2. Provide your order number and photos of damage (if applicable)
  3. We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

For lost packages, we'll initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package isn't found within 7 days, we'll issue a full refund.
